In channeling, I receive and transmit information, healing and/or energy from a source beyond personal consciousness. As a conduit for spiritual entities, guides, or your higher self, I use the following methods: Trance Channeling: The most common form of channeling I use in which I enter a deep trance state, allowing another consciousness to speak through me. Automatic Writing: I allow information to flow through me and write without conscious control. This is typically used in a distant session. I also use a mic to record the session. Verbal Channeling: As with trance channeling, verbal channeling through the received messages from Source, in the form of spoken messages and visions, which are relayed to the recipient.
