Meditation Gatherings
Meditation is a crucial tool for individuals of all ages to improve focus, relaxation, and overall well-being. Although, it's greatest gift is the development of inner awareness and deep connection with the Divine.
Our centre offers group meditation events, as well as, one on one meditation coaching and guidance,
In group events, we gather together and guide participants through varied practices, Many of these groups are offered by donation, with a suggested donation of $10 per event, although you can give as much or as little as you choose. Our experienced teachers will help you find inner peace and develop a regular meditation practice, which will benefit your mind, body, and spirit, and bring awareness within, uniting you consciously with your inner Divinity.

These practices were gifted to enter into a universal and transcendental state of consciousness. Each week, we will meditate on one of the 112 meditations given in the Vijnana Bhairav Tantra.
